Just kidding. IVF canceled due to poor response (3 follicles, only 2 mature). Converted to IUI
October 2009: Try #15: IUI w/ injectibles, BFP!!!! Two doubling betas followed by a dropping beta, bleeding, spotting, a beta that rose again, a suspected ectopic, three rounds of methotrexate shots, and repeat beta hell to get back to 0 lasting over 10 weeks until Jan. 4 2010.
April 2010: Try # 16: IVF with microdose lupron protocol. 7 eggs retrieved. 1 fertilized after a delay maturation in vitro via icsi. 3dt of 7 cell embryo. BFN Diminished ovarian reserve confirmed. End of trying to conceive using tbean’s eggs.
VERSION 4.0
June 2010: Try#17: S. donates eggs to tbean in IVF 3. Antagonist protocol with lupron trigger. 17 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 12 fertilized. 5-day transfer of 2 blasts (1 grade 2AB and one “almost” blast). 1 more blast cryopreserved on day 7. BFP!!!!
